The Gift of Salvation by Grace through Faith
Romans 5:1-2 (AMP) “Therefore,
since we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right
standing with God) through faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the
peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God
through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).”
When you gave your heart to Jesus, He filled you with the
Holy Spirit. He literally moved into your heart! Though you were sill broken, though
you stilled sinned, and though you had no idea how to live a Christian life,
you were justified through Jesus’ blood shed for your sins on a Roman cross.
You were set freed from sin through God’s gift of amazing grace.
The question now is one you must not avoid. It is this: will
you live for your own glory or for the glory of the one (Jesus Christ) who gave
his life so you may live forever with him in heaven?

Questions to Ponder:
- · Will you set aside the lusts of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life to exalted Jesus in thought, word, and actions?
- · Will you commit to seeking first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness?
- · Will you read and study the Bible often to build up your faith?
- · Will you set aside quality time to bless the Lord in praise and worship?
- · Will you tell others that they need to give their lives to Christ if they want to go to heaven when they leave this world?
